Research on Bertold Hummel's work
Musicological research into Bertold Hummel's work is currently limited to a few studies and offers those interested a wide field of activity.
The Bertold Hummel Foundation would like to encourage ambitious scholars to study the composer's life and work and is prepared to award scholarships for doctoral theses.
The composer's estate is held in the music collection of the Bavarian State Library in Munich. The original scores can be viewed there for research purposes.
