Patricia Vörös (1998 | Hungary)
Patricia Vörös has been studying at the Folkwang University of the Arts with Prof. Laura Vukobratović since 2017. She has participated in masterclasses with Gábor Tarkövi, Reinhold Friedrich, Gábor Boldoczki, Marco Blaauw, Klaus Schuhwerk and Mireia Farrés, and won the Ingrid Girardet Prize (2021) at the Folkwang Competition and second prize at the 40th International Wind and Percussion Competition in Debrecen (2017). She played in the orchestra academy of the Bergische Symphoniker (2018/2019) and was awarded a temporary contract as deputy principal trumpet in the Münster Symphony Orchestra for the 2021-22 season.

Oles Burak (1996 | Ukraine)
Oles Burak was born in Malyn, Ukraine, and graduated with a degree in trumpet performance from the Kiev Institute of Music in 2015. In 2020, he earned another degree as an orchestral musician from the Detmold University of Music and has been studying for a Master of Music degree with Prof. Jürgen Ellensohn in Würzburg since the winter semester of 2021/22. He has attended numerous masterclasses with internationally renowned trumpeters such as Håkan Hardenberger, Hannes Läubin, Tobias Füller and Matthias Höfs. He has won numerous first and second prizes in international competitions and reached the second round of the ARD Music Competition in 2018. Since 2017, he has been a regular guest performer as principal trumpet with various German orchestras, including the Braunschweig State Orchestra, the Rheinische Philharmonie Koblenz State Orchestra, the Northwest German Philharmonic Orchestra Herford and the Niederrheinische Sinfoniker Krefeld/Mönchengladbach. Since 1 August 2019, he has been deputy principal trumpeter of the Thüringen Philharmonie Gotha-Eisenach.

David Aguilar Troyano (1997 | Spain)
David Aguilar Troyano recently completed his master's degree in trumpet at the Royal Conservatory of Antwerp under his teacher Simon van Hoecke (soloist with the Luxembourg National Orchestra). He is currently pursuing his second master's degree (Professional Performance) at the Folkwang University of the Arts (Essen) with his main teacher Laura Vukobratović and is completing his studies in baroque trumpet with teacher Hans-Martin Rux-Brachtendorf. In 2021, he participated in the Academy of the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra and was among the 21 trumpeters in the second round of 92 applicants. He has participated in numerous masterclasses and won 1st prize at the Brass Competition of the Conservatorio Superior de Salamanca (2018) and 2nd prize at the National Competition of the Andalucia Brass Academy (2014).
